Barbara Crowley taught STEM curriculum as the base of all thematic learning long before the need for STEM focus was recognized. Science holds the secrets of the universe- and children want to know “how” and “why.” Barbara created Beyond Basic Steam as a blueprint to integrate STEM activities and vocabulary into literature, art and social emotional learning.
