Marci Silverberg, MPT, PPCES & Caitlin MONDT, PT, DPT

Marci Silverberg is a Physical Therapist and the founder of Pelvic Path Physical Therapy, located nearby in San Rafael. She is joined by her colleague, fellow Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Dr. Caitlin Mondt. Marci and Caitlin are passionate about educating women about common myths about the pelvic health, and simple things that can be done to improve it. They specialize in working with women, and especially new mothers, in helping them to fully recover from the effects of pregnancy and childbirth so they can enjoy their lives with confidence and strength. As new mothers are some of the busiest and most hardworking people out there, and as mothers themselves, they fully understand the time constraints on exercise. Therefore, they especially love to teach women how to accomplish their fitness goals with their children, and through play.
