Michele Tyler

Michele Tyler has been in the field of early childhood education for over 25 years; She is the second oldest of seven and grew up in a neighborhood where her home was the gathering point for all the neighbor kids. She has been involved in early care and education for as long as she can remember. Michele has worked in Family Child Care, Center Based Care, Infant Care, and Head-Start, to name a few places. She holds a degree in Elementary Education, and is currently working on a master’s degree from Pacific Oaks college. When Michele retired from teaching, she began working at a Resource and Referral Agency where she began coaching and training. Over the past 8 years she has conducted over 100 workshops on topics ranging from Play to Trauma to Brain Development. She likes to mix her trainings with a bit of humor, and believes that when we are laughing, we are learning.
