Oshik Maoz-Metzl

Oshik Maoz-Metzl is a parenting educator, life coach and a mother of three fantastic kids. Working with parents and helping them find their solutions to a happy home is her passion. Her approach is mainly based on Adlerian psychology combined with nonviolent communication methods wrapped in creativity and playfulness. Drawing from her theater background, Oshik infuses roleplay and humor into her consolations and parenting workshops. After many years of working in informal education, she received credentials as a parenting educator and as a sleep consultant in 2019. As a life coach with a specialization in ADHD, Oshik collaborates with individuals and families to work on overcoming challenges, learning new skills and achieving their goals. She sees people as creative, resilient and whole. Oshik views the opportunity to support her clients through difficult times and witness their growth is an honor and a privilege. Additionally, Oshik is a retired La Leche League leader, and holds a special place in her heart for mothers dealing with breast-feeding challenges. Oshik divides her time between working with parents privately, facilitating workshops, and coaching people with ADHD in every age.
